今日の話題は3年ぶりに海水浴場がオープンするという明るい話題と外国人と地元の人々の相互理解についてです。
新型コロナが上陸し、故郷の海水浴場はオープンできませんでしたが、3年ぶりに再会するとのことを教えて頂きました。
嬉しい～♪
海の家は海の日からオープンするのだろうということもご近所さんに聞きました。
コロナ上陸前の数年間（７～８年前まで）はここに外国人がたくさん海水浴に来ていました。
少なくて５～６人、十数人、20人位のグループがビーチで音楽をかけて、ダンスをしたり、食事をしたり見ているだけでも楽しそうでした。
多国籍というよりは、私が見て聞いた限りでは多分一カ国か二カ国の外国人の集団でした。
そのうちに地元住民や商店などで問題が起こります。
濡れた水着のまま、砂の付いたままの水着で入店し食事をしたり、グループですから店内では大声で話したり、砂を落とすために勝手に商店や民家の水道を使ってしまったり。。。
店内でこの客層が帰った後は、海水浴客でない地元のお客さんを入れるのに掃除をしなければならない等、ご苦労があったそうですが、近隣の商店は繁盛していたそうです。
そして、商店側も知恵を絞ったようです。
口頭で水着のまま着席しないように注意したり、外国語で張り紙を出したり。
しかし、ルールを守ってくれない外国人。
飲食店などでは最後の手段に出たそうです。
「〇人、入店お断り」の張り紙を出し、対策をしたそうです。
※全ての商店というわけではないようです。
それからしばらくすると、〇人のグループはここのビーチに来なくなりました。
近隣の人の見る角度と意見は賛否両論です。
ご近所さんから聞きました。
・来なくなって静かになってよかった。
・外国人コワいから治安が守られてよかった。
・勝手に水道が使われなくなってよかった。
・水道くらい一声かけてもらえればつかわせてあげた。地域経済の為なら。
・売上げが減ったから、汚されても来てくれた方がよかった。
・「〇人お断り」という張り紙は国際社会の中でどう考えてもまずいんじゃないか？
・「水着着用の方、入店お断り」が正しいのではないか？
皆さんどう思いますか？
私は、ここで相互理解ができれば、地元の経済も潤い、外国人も楽しめる場所の提供、三方よしの相思相愛の関係が続いたのではないのか？ということです。
これは、地元の住民、商店、観光客である外国人への三方へ向けての教育というとオーバーかもしれませんが、情報の提供が必要だったのではないかと思います。
また、このビーチに遊びに来てくれるのでしょうか？

After these customers left, the stores had to be cleaned to accommodate local customers who were not bathers, but the stores in the neighborhood were thriving.
However, the shops in the neighborhood were thriving.
They verbally warned people not to be seated in their swimsuits and put up signs in foreign languages.
However, the foreigners did not follow the rules.
Restaurants and other establishments resorted to last resort.
They put up signs saying, "No foreigners allowed in the restaurant.
It seems that not all stores did this.
After a while, the group of 0 people stopped coming to the beach here.
The neighbors' viewing angles and opinions are mixed.

I think that if mutual understanding could have been achieved here, the local economy would have been enriched, foreigners would have been provided with a place to enjoy themselves, and a mutually beneficial relationship would have continued. This is what I mean.
This may be a bit of an oversimplification, but I think it was necessary to educate the local residents, the stores, and the foreigners who are tourists, and to provide information to all three.
Will they come back to visit this beach again?
The beach hasn't been open in three years!
